The Arabic translation of the Farsi version of  “The Judgment and the Judge” (Judgment in Islam) authored by Ayatollah Hadavi Tehrani and entitled “Al-Qadha wal-Qadhi” (Al-Qadha fil Islam) has been published and made available for Arabic readers.

This book “Judgment in Islam”, which is a research attempt at explaining and criticizing Imam Khomeini’s  (r.a.) view in three domains – judgment, bearing witnesses and confessions – produces and presents a coherent study of the subject of Islamic judgment elaborating demonstratively on the procedures and conditions of prosecution.

The present work is the result of several years’ valued scientific research and teaching (in the advanced level of fiqh in the Islamic Seminary of Qom) by Ayatollah Hadavi Tehrani on the important and worthwhile subject of judgment and the judge.  This book, translated from the Persian into Arabic through the unsparing efforts of the Porch of Wisdom Institute, has now been printed and published in Arabic (in 329 pages size 24 x 16) by Khaneh Kherad and Amir Kabir Publications.
