On the eve of the nights of Qadr (Grand Nights) in the month of Ramadhan, the month of blessing and mercy in which the heavenly call of the father of the orphans and lover of the needy, the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (A.S.) reverberates in the world and in which the sweet and pleasant smell of the generosity of the Generous of the Ahlul-Bayt (A.S.), Imam Hasan Mujtaba, peace be upon him fills everywhere, the call of the Somali people for help reminds every Muslim of this saying of the Prophet (S): “Whoever hears the cry of a fellow human being who calls upon a Muslim for help and doesn’t answer his call, isn’t a Muslim at all.”

In a positive response to this call, the cost of Iftari that was planned to be served by the Porch of Wisdom Institute, as directed by His Eminence, Ayatollah Hadavi Tehrani, the president of the Porch of Wisdom, has been allocated this year as aid for the religious people of Somalia.

In this month of mercy and blessing, Ayatollah Hadavi Tehrani appealed all the countrymen to help Somali Muslims as did the Supreme Leader of Iran and the fasting people.[1]
